We visit, measure, bring samples. You see and feel products in your actual space and light conditions. No obligation.
Step 04 · Adhesive
Tackifier or Full Adhesive
Tackifier for access floors and future removal. Full adhesive for permanent installs. Choice confirmed with you before application.
Step 02 · Within 48 Hours
Written, Itemised Quote
Supply cost per sqm, installation cost, subfloor preparation if required, total. Nothing added without your written sign-off.
Step 05 · Laying
Tile Laying From Centre Outward
Aligned to chalk line. Pile direction set and consistent throughout the space. This is the difference between a $50 and $500 result.
Step 03 · Installation Day
Subfloor Preparation
Levelness, moisture, and cleanliness checked. Any area above 3mm variance levelled with compound. Skipping this causes lifting edges.
Step 06 · Handover
Inspection & Batch Records
We walk the completed floor with you. Any tile not flat, clean-jointed, or aligned is corrected before we leave. Records filed.

DIY or professional install?
Carpet tiles can be installed without a professional — some products are specifically marketed for DIY. Whether you should do it yourself depends on your project, not on a sales pitch. Here’s the honest answer.
DIY is reasonable for
Small, low-stakes projects
A single small room under 20 sqm
A temporary installation that doesn't need to be permanent
A low-traffic residential space where near-perfect alignment is acceptable
DIY is NOT the right choice for
Anything with stakes
Any office or commercial space where the floor will be inspected by a client or landlord
Any floor over 30 sqm where cumulative alignment errors will become visible
Installations requiring subfloor levelling — needs the right compound and application experience
Any space where tackifier must be applied correctly — too much and tiles slide, too little and edges lift in Dubai's humidity
The Dubai climate variable nobody talks about.
Humidity in summer, particularly June through September, causes adhesives to cure differently than in winter. Products that work well in a European context may not perform correctly here. Our team has worked on subfloors across Dubai for years — we know which adhesives hold in a Marina apartment with underfloor cooling, and which ones fail.
If you need the floor to look right on a specific date and stay right for three years, professional installation cost is a small fraction of the risk.
